How to Book and Pay
There are 2 methods of booking:
- Print off the booking form and post/fax/email it to us
- Fill in the online booking form
Prices:
£20 per student
Teachers accompanying students have FREE places (minimum 1 teacher per 20 students)
£50 for Teachers coming without students
Please note that whether you send a cheque or are invoiced, the booking is a firm one. Cancellations or amendments can be made without charge until 6th Feb, all subsequent cancellations will be dealt with in the following way:
Cancellations between 7 Feb & 20 Feb (5pm): 50% charge
Cancellations after 20th Feb (5pm): 100% charge
Conference places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Once all places have been allocated, we will close the bookings.
Invoices will be sent out on 21st February unless requested before.
Please do not make final travel arrangements until your final booking has been confirmed and we have contacted you to let you know that you have definitely been allocated places.
We will be unable to make refunds in the case of weather or transport difficulties.
