Last year we set up an EMC Associate Teacher programme, recruiting 10 teachers from around the country to advise us and contribute to our work, while continuing to work as classroom teachers. We’ve learned so much from everyone involved that we’re running the programme again this year and hope that it becomes an established part of our work.
